Role Purpose:
Join Macmillan Cancer Support as our Head of Strategic Communications and Campaigns, where you will lead integrated campaigns and corporate communications to ensure our external narrative is compelling and aligns with our strategic aims. You will collaborate with senior leaders, develop stakeholder relationships, and enhance our reputation while driving advocacy and engagement.

- Develop and deliver a strategic communications agenda that resonates with our stakeholders.
- Lead integrated campaigning across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve real impact.
- Manage crisis communications and provide expert counsel to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee corporate narrative development and enhance Macmillan’s credibility and visibility.
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture while driving innovation and creativity.

- Proven experience in delivering effective communications strategies and managing teams.
- Track record in developing and leading multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding and application of crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within teams.
