Volunteering Support Officer
Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Location Split between home and Macmillan office
Salary - £35,000 - £39,000 per annum
About the role
In this role you will support the delivery of the Volunteering Departments' engine room for volunteering experience, involvement, product development and internal partnering, in line with Macmillan’s vision and values.
As part of the Volunteering Support Team, you will deliver the Volunteering Support aspects of Macmillan’s Volunteering Strategy.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- The ability to deliver against Volunteering Operational Plans and support Macmillan to be a market leader in volunteering.
- Good planning and project management skills, delivering clear plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Experience of working collaboratively and establishing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record and experience of working with volunteers and/or supporters.
- Experience of reporting and monitoring progress against targets.
