Fixed Term Contract (6 months)  
Full time (34.5 hours), we are open to a conversation about how you work these hours 
Location: Split between home and our London Office (with 1-2 days per week in the office)

Salary Range: £24,850 - £27,850

Macmillan Cancer Support

Macmillan is looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Coordinator to support the smooth running of our merchandising and e‑commerce activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working collaboratively across teams to help us deliver an excellent experience for our customers and colleagues.

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support across the team

  • Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, goods‑in and recharges

  • Support content and promotional activity across our e‑commerce platforms

  • Upload and update product information, pricing and imagery to support trading

  • Help manage stock, deliveries and fulfilment schedules

  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries across multiple channels

  • Produce accurate reports and analysis on sales, stock, usage and performance

  • Support the product critical path to ensure deadlines are met

  • Coordinate the approval and fulfilment of branded materials for Macmillan professionals

  • Maintain brand consistency across corporate stationery and materials

  • Log and resolve complaints and feedback in line with agreed processes

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail

  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with e‑commerce platforms, CMS systems and Microsoft applications

  • A customer‑focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships

  • An understanding of data protection, confidentiality and relevant legislation

  • Experience producing reports and analysing data

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes

What you’ll achieve

  • Smooth and efficient operation of our e‑commerce and merchandising activity

  • Accurate reporting, stock management and order processing

  • High‑quality customer service for both internal and external audiences

  • Reliable support for colleagues across merchandising, fulfilment and digital teams
