System Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Are you an experienced and talented Dynamics 365 System Administrator? Would you like to be part of a growing team within Macmillan’s Technology division? If you have a passion for Dynamics 365 and experience in system administration, this could be the role for you.
About the role
This role is responsible for the ongoing administration, optimisation and support of our Dynamics 365 environments. You will maintain and enhance system customisations, manage user access and security, oversee integrations and data quality, and support release and change management processes. Acting as the primary point of support, you will resolve issues, monitor system performance, and enable colleagues through training and guidance. Working closely with Product Teams, you will ensure the platform remains stable, secure and aligned to organisational needs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About you:
We're looking for someone who is an experienced Dynamics 365 System Administrator. You are confident working with low-code/no-code or automation platforms and you bring a proactive approach to continuous learning. You are comfortable working with Product Teams, collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. You are resilient under pressure, you manage competing priorities effectively and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
