Job Title: Strategic System Lead
Contract Type: Permanent 
Full time: 34.5 hours a week
Location: Mobile Worker - there is an expectation that there will be frequent travel to meet partners across the UK.
Salary Range: £60,000 - £66,000

The role: You’ll build and nurture strategic partnerships at senior level with local Healthcare systems, identifying opportunities to collaborate on place-based, outcome driven models that can scale or generate evidence for systemic change. You will represent Macmillan at senior level, acting as a system convenor, bringing together stakeholders across statutory and voluntary sectors and embedding participation and co-production.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A strong track record in holding system level relationships at exec/board level within NHS systems and community partner organisations
  • Experience in communicating & influencing at senior level, building and managing relationships, and stakeholder engagement
  • Expert knowledge of system change within the Healthcare sector
  • Experience designing innovative, cross‑organisational solutions and leading delivery through complex, matrix environments.
