About the role

Role Purpose:

As a Strategic Engagement Planning Manager, you will lead the integration and prioritisation of our marketing and engagement activities. Working across paid, owned, and earned channels, you will support the development of marketing strategies that are data-driven, impactful, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Communications Planning: Work with the Senior Manager and key teams to develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies. Maintain planning tools, ensuring alignment and clarity across all activities.
  • Strategic Engagement Planning: Lead marketing projects, support audience insights, and collaborate with key teams to drive cross-functional marketing efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring a coordinated approach to marketing communications.

To Succeed, You Will Have…

  • Experience in senior marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and communications.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the full marketing mix and fundraising regulations.
  • An ability to turn data into actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.
