Location – Hybrid split between home and our London Office: 1 or 2 days in office per week
Salary Range: £62,000 - £68,000 per annum

About the role
The Senior Strategy Manager manages our strategy implementation roadmap, supporting teams to deliver the key pieces of work that will launch and embed our new strategy. You will inherit a high-level roadmap, and your job is to turn that into a corporate plan and then work with key stakeholders across the organisation to oversee delivery.
The role will span the full range of strategy implementation and work with key teams across the organisation, as needed, to support the development of objectives, plans, projects, ways of working, measures, reporting, change, finance, and communications.
About you:
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Experience of managing projects.
- Experience working in a matrix manner in complex organisations.
- A background in one of change, strategy, planning or finance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
- Experience of managing complexity, navigating extensive stakeholder networks.
- Strong analytical and business skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage details.
- Experience of delivering transformational change initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
