You will use your initiative to seek out new opportunities and will passionately represent the Macmillan brand to help create long term strategic partnerships. You will coach and lead your team to develop the best partnership in the sector.

You will work cross-organisationally drawing on skills and knowledge across teams so it’s essential that you also demonstrate the leadership, team-working, communication and influencing skills that will extract the greatest value from the relationships you build both inside Macmillan and with partners.
