Salary Range: £33,500 - £36,500
About the role
In this rewarding role you’ll support delivery of our Professional Engagement plan so Macmillan Professionals are supported to ensure they have the right tools, skills, support and resources to deliver high-quality personalised care experiences for people living with cancer.
You will support, lead and deliver defined parts of the Professional Engagement plan, including events, partner engagement activities, conferences and delivery of professional resources and webinars.
Having an oversight of a large group of professionals, it will be important to prioritise and plan your workload, working to targets and objectives to deliver agreed outcomes.
You will use your data management, analysis, and reporting skills to help demonstrate the impact of our professional engagement work and team.
Relationship building and management is key to this role, you will support Macmillan Professionals with all of their needs, while also developing new relationships with the wider workforce and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, your other team colleagues, external partners, and other key stakeholders, to deliver local priorities and ultimately deliver the absolute best person-centred care for people living with cancer.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in developing and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders and teams.
- Experienced in data analysis and developing/producing reports to demonstrate impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will be highly organised and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft office, excel and Customer Relationship Management Systems
Please note although this role is home-based, some travel is required to support events and attend team meetings in the geographical area.
