In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Help design and embed a new national partnerships function within Macmillan.
  • Identify, develop and manage innovative partnerships across health, government, charity, and private sectors.
  • Co-create partnership strategies that deliver long-term change and equitable outcomes for people with cancer across all four nations of the UK.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate insight, evidence and advocacy into systemic partnership work.
  • Build relationships that unlock resources, expertise and influence to tackle some of the biggest challenges in cancer care.

Who we’re looking for:
You’re a strategic partnership builder with a proven track record of delivering national change through multi-sector collaboration. You’re skilled in navigating complex systems, developing shared outcomes, and fostering inclusive, high-impact relationships. You thrive in fast-evolving environments and are passionate about equity and transformation.
