About the role
As a Marketing Performance Manager (Strategic Engagement Planning Manage), you’ll lead and support projects and areas of work to ensure marketing activity across Macmillan is sequenced, integrated and prioritised to achieve our objectives.
You’ll ensure decisions are informed by insight, and the outputs of those decisions are evaluated and optimised to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
You will take particular responsibility for leading elements of Macmillan’s Marketing and Communications Effectiveness work. The role will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing all work that supports a best practice marketing effectiveness programme for all our marcomms activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Communications Performance: Work with the Senior Manager and key teams to develop, implement, and optimise marketing performance tools. Maintain reporting, ensuring alignment and clarity across all activities.
- Strategic Engagement Planning: Lead marketing projects, support audience insights, and collaborate with key teams to drive cross-functional marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring a coordinated approach to marketing communications.
To Succeed, You Will Have…
- Experience in senior marketing roles, with a focus on strategic performance and analysis.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the full marketing mix and fundraising regulations.
- An ability to turn data into actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes.
