Your experience in clinical and primary care, particularly in large-scale organisational transformation, will be invaluable.

Experience in the HealthTech sector with a proven track record of influencing change in the health system is essential.
About the role:

- Safeguard the reputation and values of Macmillan while ensuring compliance with charity and company law.
- Monitor the charity’s financial stability and the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Ensure effective recruitment and management of the Chief Executive.
- Promote equality, diversity, and risk management throughout the organisation.

- Strong commitment to Macmillan’s mission and the ability to address inequalities in cancer care.
- Strategic vision, independent judgement, and the ability to inspire trust among stakeholders.
- Adherence to Nolan’s seven principles of public life: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty, and leadership.
