About the role
We are currently seeking a strong administrator for our Legacy Promotions Team to deliver effective data processing, timely administration, and proactive project support. You will also deliver high-level customer service, addressing queries through email, phone, and in-person while directing customers to appropriate resources.
With strong data processing skills, you will ensure the smooth flow of data from lead generation to fulfilling supporter requests, maintain donor and activity databases, and ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and spending against management accounts. Additionally, you'll provide general administrative support, such as coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes, arranging travel, and managing schedules, and assisting Legacy Promotions Managers with campaign and project needs.
Occasional UK travel and evening/weekend working may be required.
About you
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong administration experience
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Good communications skills to a wide variety of audiences
- Data processing skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Project Management skills
- Interest in marketing
