About us
At Macmillan you'll find talented people working together to do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer. We're going all out to find even better ways to help even more people who need our support. Our values are at the heart of who we are and everything we do, inspiring our thinking and guiding our actions.
It’s an exciting time to join us as we drive forward our new five-year strategy and work towards delivering our vision to do whatever it takes to get every person the best support today and spark a revolution in cancer care for the future.
About the role
Macmillan’s Electronic Holistic Needs Assessment (eHNA) is a vital tool that helps ensure people living with cancer and other long-term conditions receive personalised care that addresses their physical, emotional, practical, and financial concerns. Used by over 130 organisations across the NHS, private healthcare, and voluntary sectors, eHNA facilitates meaningful conversations between healthcare professionals and patients, capturing concerns, actions, and outcomes to support better care planning.
As Operational Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of eHNA. Working closely with the Strategic Lead, you’ll coordinate onboarding, contracting, training, and partner communications, and provide high-quality operational and administrative support. You’ll help maintain accurate records, produce reports, and respond to partner queries, contributing to the continued success and evolution of eHNA.
This role can be performed largely from home with occasional travel to Macmillan offices or client partners.
