Role Purpose:
We are looking for a strategic and transformational leader to shape and deliver our long-term vision. This role balances strategy development with organisational transformation, ensuring we maximise our impact for people with cancer. You will drive change, foster innovation, and align resources to achieve ambitious outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in setting Macmillan’s direction, embedding smart risk-taking, and ensuring we remain agile, innovative, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a bold, impact-driven organisational strategy.
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve agility, efficiency, and innovation.
- Identify market trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture that embraces change, smart risk-taking, and collaboration.
- Optimise resources through strategic investment in people, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Inspire and engage teams and external partners to maximise impact.
About You:
- Extensive experience in strategy development and business transformation.
- Proven success in leading large-scale change and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to balance long-term strategic vision with immediate transformation priorities.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
