Salary Range £59,000 - £64,000 per annum

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a Digital Workplace strategy for Macmillan, enabling better collaboration, improving colleague experience. 

You will have line management responsibilities and manage the portfolio of platforms, products and tools that Macmillan staff use to collaborate and communicate. 

About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in developing a technology strategy, with responsibility for developing plans and delivering to those plans, managing budgets, risks and communications as required.
  • Experience managing the implementation digital workplace technologies, including the Microsoft 365 suite, including Sharepoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience of knowledge and document management in a medium to large organisation.
  • Experience of task management, but happy if this is the candidates first line management role.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring people together to align on issues.
  • Experience of technology supplier management, ideally across a large suite of SaaS products.
