About the role
In this role you will Support the Digital Workplace Lead to develop and deliver a Digital Workplace Strategy for Macmillan. You will be a champion of improved ways of working, helping to manage and support a suite of tools and developing guidance and training on the products, platforms and tools we have available to help people collaborate and communicate more effectively.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of managing or administering digital or technology tools, including setting up or configuring settings to improve user experience and comply with external Macmillan Internal regulation or internal policies (for example around accessibility, privacy and
security). - Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach, with experience managing requests and understanding requirements, and responding with a considerate and empathetic approach, even when you are not able to support a given ask or request.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing work against a plan, keeping an eye on risks and issues, and communicating progress to a varying group of stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting how different systems are configured or set-up, including any processes required in order to manage workflows within the system.
