Hybrid between home and our London Office 
Salary Range - £28,800 - £31,800

About the role

Working in one of the leading corporate partnership departments in the sector, you will work closely with our Partnership Management and Business Development teams as well as our front-line Supporter Care teams, to make sure that together we deliver partnerships effectively and efficiently. 

Core tasks include project managing the delivery of the Coffee Morning campaign for all the partners we work with, qualifying asks coming into the Business Development team and support the Database Manager with administrative tasks using our chosen database, The Raiser’s Edge.

You will gain an excellent knowledge of our corporate partnerships and internal processes. This will enable you to work with front line teams to ensure enquiries are being dealt with accurately, you’ll also oversee processes to make sure Key Performance Indicators are tracked and provide reporting tools to our Partnership teams so we can drive our activity based on data and insight.

You will use your skills to maintain and develop systems so we can measure our performance as we raise income and deliver change with our partners to achieve our goal of being there for everyone living with cancer.

About you:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced in using databases (CRM)  and reporting software 
  • Proficient IT skills particularly Microsoft office and excel 
  • Clear communication skills, both in writing and in person to handle enquiries from colleagues and our supporters effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver solutions when issues arise.  
  • You will be highly organised with consistent attention to detail
