Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Full time (34.5 hours) 
Location London/Hybrid Split between home and our London Office 
Salary National: £25,000 - £29,000 or London: £28,500 - £32,500

Do you have a passion for building long term relationships and working on award winning partnerships? Would you like to help manage partnerships that not only raise income but also make a significant impact on people living with cancer? If so, this could be the role for you.

About the role 

In this role you will support the delivery of key corporate partnerships in the Partnership Management Team and directly manage allocated smaller relationships and projects end to end to drive income and maximise the value to Macmillan.

You will have regular stakeholder communication with partners, where you can bring new ideas to corporates to generate income for Macmillan, as well as supporting on proposals and partner meetings and collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.   

Additionally, you will work on exciting campaigns and projects such as Macmillan's Coffee Morning and Mighty Hikes Series.

You will also support the Corporate Partnerships Manager on larger partnerships and gain the unique opportunity to work with household brands such as Boots, Santander, L’Oréal, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, Greene King and Toolstation to name a few!

Our department generates over £15m+ per year which goes towards Macmillan Nurses, our support line and bespoke community projects for people living with cancer and your contribution to maximising these vital funds from our corporates is a key part of this.

About you

The skills and experience that we are looking for in the role are:

  • You have an ability to develop relationships with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • You will be inquisitive, ask crucial questions and be confident challenging partners
  • You’ll have persistence and perseverance with partners
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You will be IT literate and have a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
