About us
At Macmillan Cancer Support you'll find talented people working together to do whatever it takes to support people living with cancer. We're going all out to find even better ways to help even more people who need our support. Our values are at the heart of who we are and everything we do, inspiring our thinking and guiding our actions.

Do you have excellent organisational skills and a passion for supporting creative, impactful communications? Want to play a key role in delivering brand campaigns that help people living with cancer? If so, this could be the role for you.

About the role

This permanent role will sit within our Brand team, reporting to a Senior Brand Manager – and will support the Brand and Communications teams – to deliver high-quality, integrated brand campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement. You’ll be at the heart of the team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and that campaign activity is well coordinated across teams.

Working closely with colleagues across our Brand and Communications teams, you’ll support everything from booking media placements and preparing documentation, to organising meetings and tracking campaign budgets. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our admin systems, liaising with external partners, and supporting inclusive and accessible content delivery. It’s a varied and collaborative role that’s essential to the success of our brand and communications work.

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience and brilliant organisational skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, working with internal stakeholders at all levels, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure. You’ll bring a proactive, professional and friendly approach, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who shares our values and is motivated by work that makes a real difference to people living with cancer.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days holiday plus flexible bank holiday options, increasing by 1 day every year of service up to 30 days
  • Pension matched up to 7.5%
  • 120+ learning and development offers, with access to external professional qualifications
  • Flexible working patterns, such as compressed hours, flexibility to work earlier or later around our core working hours of 10am-4pm
  • Holiday buying and selling scheme, life insurance, free wills, retail discounts and much more

Recruitment Process
Application deadline: 30th June 2025
First interview dates: week commencing 7th July 2025

To ensure fairness and consistency and select the best candidate for this role, all our applications are anonymised up until an interview has been confirmed.
