Structure and Teams Macmillan’s Corporate Partnership Department led by Natasha Parker (Head of Corporate Partnerships) is made up of four key teams: New Business Partnership Management Corporate Operations Corporate Volunteering New Business Our New Business teams win and secure our biggest partnership and sponsorship opportunities for Macmillan. Working with numerous internal teams, New Business ensure that partners understand why Macmillan is the best partner for them. By tailoring all our proposals, pitches and engagement, partners understand both benefit the company and how their partnership will make a difference to people living with cancer. We have two New Business teams that are headed up by two Heads of New Business. Within these teams are Senior New Business Managers, New Business Managers and New Business Officers. Partnership Management Our Partnership Management team manage and develop our sector leading Corporate Partnerships. We diversify our partnerships through sales promotions and sponsorship opportunities. We create sector leading employee engagement programmes to enhance our partnerships through fundraising and volunteering. We develop our partnerships through driving change in their industries to ensure they can better support people affected by cancer through programmes such as Macmillan at Work. Working with multiple teams across the organisation, our partnerships are enhanced by the expertise of our colleagues across Macmillan. Our work with our regional fundraising colleagues ensures that we can deliver national partnerships on a local level, bringing to partnership to life for all areas of the company. Our Partnership Management team is split into five different teams, headed up by Senior Partnership Development Managers. These teams include Senior Partnership Managers, Partnership Managers and Partnership Officers. These teams are headed up by our Heads of Partnership Management. Corporate Volunteering Our Corporate Volunteering team lead on all our volunteering offers for our corporate partners. They are a sector leading team with a strategy to ensure that all our corporate volunteering opportunities are the best for people living with cancer. They create bespoke volunteering opportunities for our national partners, such as Boots UK’s Boots Macmillan Beauty Advisors, who provide beauty advice on reducing the visible side-effects of cancer treatment. They also support our partners’ employees to volunteer their time and skills for Macmillan. For example, they train some of npower’s employees to provide emotional phone support to people living with cancer and they offer our partners opportunities to share their expertise with Macmillan. Our Corporate Volunteering teams is led by our Corporate Volunteering Development Manager. Within this team there is a Senior Corporate Volunteering Manager, Corporate Volunteering Manager and two Corporate Volunteering Officers. Corporate Operations Our Corporate Operations team play a crucial role in our department with our finance and reporting, and lead on the smooth delivery of our largest fundraising event of the year; World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. Our Corporate Operations team consists of a Corporate Operations Manager, Corporate Operations Officer and our Corporate Partnerships Team Assistant.
