About the role

This role is about the management and optimisation of end-to-end planning, delivery, and evaluation of our email marketing campaigns. In this role you will plan our integrated campaigns alongside our wider marketing and communications and report performance in a way that supports good decision making, efficiencies and improvements to customer experience. You will be the point of contact for internal stakeholders, such as our marketing and compliance teams, and external stakeholders, such as our email service provider, giving expert advice, recommendations, and best practice training and guidance. For your line reports you will deliver supportive and inspirational line management, motivating and developing a team, and owning people management challenges.

 

About you

  • Your experience of managing integrated email marketing campaigns, including planning, technical set-up, segmentation, implementation, and evaluation will be essential.
  • You will have experience of successfully working with and managing an enterprise level email service provider (Dotdigital is desirable).
  • You will be able to show that you can build and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, from technical specialists to senior marketing managers, delivering exceptional communication throughout.
  • You will have experience of working with data and analytics including digital analysis tools for channel and campaign evaluation. 
  • You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing and developing a team including people management challenges.
  • You will have a strong understanding of web technologies, HTML5, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite.
